今年翡翠莊園獨立競標會，與去年一樣，黑熊共標得五個批次：

　　若是加上翡翠莊園一般批次的紅標藝伎，今年黑熊總共為大家帶來20款翡翠紅標等級的藝伎咖啡。11月台灣咖啡展的時候，莊園主Rachel和Daniel到黑熊的攤位，看到牆上滿滿的藝伎紙箱，他們說這是一項很令人驚訝的紀錄！從沒有一家咖啡店會賣這麼多款翡翠紅標！

Description: Harvested on March 4th from our Cabaña lot in Cañas Verdes, this lot is everything you hope a Natural Esmeralda Geisha to be. A classic and clean balance between floral and fruity notes. The elegant notes of jasmine dance around with the fruitiness of a slow dry process. TASTE NOTES: A classic Esmeralda Natural brimming with jasmine, peaches, nectarines, lychee and lemon grass. A gem!

Process: Natural

Drying: Slow dried from March 5th to April 4th (30 days) on raised beds and then finished off in a drying machine for 8 hours. This slow drying resulted in fruity notes of peaches, nectarine and pineapples.
