Description:This coffee was handpicked on February 21st from the Mario region of Jaramillo where Geisha was discovered in 2004. It was fermented with yeast in closed tanks from the 21st to the 24th of February (60 hours). It showcases the classic jasmine, stonefruit and bergamot that made the world fall in love with Geisha. The timeless Mario: Jasmine, peach, bergamot and lemon grass. Juicy orange acidity. Creamy and sweet body. Cherry finish.

Drying: Slow dried on raised beds from the 24th of February to the 17th of March (21 days). This slow dry enhanced the jasmine florals and created a rounded and creamy cup.
