是一群對咖啡充滿熱情的團隊組成。

 

TUMAZ的使命很簡單：把好咖啡帶進大家的生活。

 

從一開始，

黑熊只想追求高品質，

專注於高端精品咖啡。

透過我們的專業，

讓大家喝到好咖啡。


長期接觸咖啡賽事與訓練的我們，

更想在店裡隨時提供具備競賽水準的咖啡，

而不是等到要比賽才到處找咖啡。

我們認為，

好的咖啡應該融入在日常生活，

而不是只有特定的活動或需求才會出現。


每年親自前往產地，

真正了解自己所賣的咖啡，

達到高端精品的透明度與溯源性。

業界長期以來靠資訊落差賺錢，

講了一堆天方夜譚、呼嚨消費者，

但可能連手中的咖啡從何而來都一無所知！

而黑熊只想給你最真實的一面，

成為你與產地的橋樑。

TUMAZ is a small coffee shop, formed by a team who shares a passion for coffee.

 

From the very beginning, TUMAZ has been chasing top quality by focusing on higher-end specialty coffees. Our mission is to address transparency and traceability in coffee information. Every year, we visit coffee farms, ensuring we truly understand the coffee we sell and acting as a bridge between consumers and coffee producers.

 

With our long-standing involvement in coffee competitions and training, we aim to consistently offer a variety of high-quality coffees in our shop. We believe good coffee should be a part of everyday life, not just something for special events or needs.

 

TUMAZ's mission is simple: to bring great coffee into everyone's life.
