可多瓦莊園 / 女巫農場

Kotowa為當地原住名語言“山脈”的意思，在當地已經是超過百年的咖啡莊園，園區內更保留百年前所使用的咖啡處理設備。

莊園主Ricardo除了是首屆SCAP巴拿馬精品咖啡協會主席，也是創始元老。他本身是農業學系和商業學系畢業，徹底將專業發揮於咖啡事業上，讓莊園以科學化的方式生產高品質咖啡。

Kotowa目前旗下有七座農場：
Don K、Duncan、Carolina、Las Brujas、Rio Cristal、Redondo、Mango。
以照我們的杯測經驗，位於海拔1800公尺的女巫農場（Las Brujas），是目前風味的最佳保證！而黃藝伎則是女巫農場的特殊品種。

Kotowa / Las Brujas

Kotowa, meaning "mountains" in the local Indigenous language, is a coffee estate with over a century of history. The estate even preserves coffee processing equipment that was used more than 100 years ago.

The estate owner, Ricardo, was not only the inaugural chairman of SCAP (Specialty Coffee Association of Panama) but also one of its founding members. With degrees in both agriculture and business, Ricardo has seamlessly applied his expertise to the coffee industry, enabling the estate to produce high-quality coffee through scientific methods.

Kotowa currently manages seven farms:
Don K, Duncan, Carolina, Las Brujas, Rio Cristal, Redondo, and Mango.

Based on our cupping experience, Las Brujas Farm, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, consistently delivers the best flavor profile! Additionally, the Yellow Geisha is a standout variety unique to Las Brujas Farm.
