Description:Harvested from our Leon plot in Cañas Verdes on February 22nd, and fermented with yeast from Feburary 22nd to 25th (60 hours). TASTE NOTES: Jasmine, cherries and peach on the nose and in the cup. Green apple acidity and lemon grass. Huge Flavor!
